Monstertravel is a new online travel agency, but its management team has almost 200 years combined experience in the travel agency sector.

Our passion is about finding the right holiday for our customers and providing a service that means you will always consider using us again. Hopefully you will also tell all your friends and family about us too!

Whether your passion is package holidays from the largest operators such as Thomson, First Choice and Thomas Cook or you want to use us to build your own holiday in a dynamic or tailor made fashion, Monster will help you get the holiday of your dreams.

Are you ABTA bonded?

Yes, our ABTA number is L3442

Do you sell only package holidays?

We sell both ATOL bonded package holidays (follow the package holidays search from the homepage) and also provide you with the ability to build your own holiday, where your contract is with a number of different component suppliers (follow the build your own search from the homepage).

Where do I find out about passport and Visa requirements?

Information regarding passport and visa requirements relating to your holiday can be found at ww.fco.gov.uk. This also contains up to date government travel advice. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and meet all visa requirements prior to travel.

When will my tickets be despatched?

Tickets are normally despatched 14 days before date of departure. If you do not receive your tickets 7 days before date of departure please contact Customer Services on 0844 855 2455.

What does allocated on arrival mean (AOA)?

This is usually when a package holiday is booked close to departure. The property grade is guaranteed at booking but the exact property will be notified to you by the tour operator on arrival at your destination.

Can I amend my booking?

Yes, although you may be subject to significant amendment charges levied by the ultimate providers of your holiday, which vary greatly by supplier.

How do I know your website is safe and secure?

All information provided by you is securely encrypted, making it impossible for anyone to read your details over the internet.

What do your prices include. What extras are there?

Our prices are compliant with Office of Fair Trading (OFT) best practice and include all compulsory taxes and charges. Prices are based on payment by debit card. Credit card payments incur a 2.5% additional charge. Certain charges that are not compulsory, for example under occupancy supplements in self catering accommodation, in flight meals and transfers, may not be included and vary from supplier to supplier.
