Monstertravel is an ABTA member (No. L3442) and all holidays (including as a minimum flights and accommodation) sold from www.monstertravel.co.uk are sold as package holidays, with us acting as an agent for full ATOL bond holders.

What this means for you as a customer is that whatever happens prior to travel, you will at least be guaranteed to receive your money back in the unlikely event that there are any further airline or supplier failures.

Following the recent XL Leisure Group collapse, we had more than 500 customers affected. Within seven days we had rebooked 80% of our customers into alternative holiday arrangements and the remaining 20% are in the process of receiving their money back.
