Here are some helpful hints.

For holidays we have two searches. By default, the homepage reverts to the "Build your own search". This search allows you to build your own package holiday from hundreds of individual airlines and accommodation, transfers and car hire suppliers. The flight choice covers all the world's major airlines, including low cost carriers. If you want ultimate flexibility in tailor making your holiday or want to have a flexible duration outside the normal 7, 10 or 14 nights this is the best option for you. This option is also great for families and single travellers.

However, we also have a traditional package holidays search, which you can access using the holidays tab on the top navigation bar or by clicking on the "Package Holidays" button on the search box. This search provides pre–packaged holidays from all the major tour operators including Thomson, First Choice and Thomas Cook, as well as specialist holiday providers such as Goldtrail and Olympic. Often the prices on these package holidays can be just as good if not better than the tailor–made option, particularly in certain destinations where traditional tour operators have a strong presence, or if you are a standard group or family size of four for self catering holidays.

The only safe way to make sure you get the best Monster deal is to try both searches and see for yourself!
